read_xml under explicit Limits.
Returns the Limits::validate error unchanged when the limits are out
of range. A limit crossed is a crate::error::DocumentError
(document.limit.depth / document.limit.nodes at $). An element’s
text is never an integer literal here (XML is untyped), so
max_int_digits only governs the schema-guided pretyping of
read_xml_with_schema_and_limits: a schema-typed integer leaf over
it is refused with document.limit.int-digits at the leaf’s path.
